Unfortunately though it doesn't work well on my phone, the strength exercise section has now frozen completely twice, rendering the whole app unusable. The first time it happened I had to reinstall the app, losing all my data, just to make the app work again. Its just happened again this morning so I may have to stop using it. Disappointing."

"Poorly designed. The inability to enter data manually makes this app virtually useless to me. For one, I don't want to take my phone out with me on a run. You should be able to record runs using your own method (e.g. fitness watch) and enter your results into the app. With the strength tests, you can just end the exercise immediately and input your results. This should be the case with the cardio. I'm giving 3 * because the strength workouts are actually useful. I'd go on but I'm out of space."

"Good app. I've lost weight over the last three weeks whilst using it. I've noticed Samsung Health does call 2 km before the Army app does when started in the same place. I'm not too sure if that's a GPS issue, or it's one of the apps."

"It is a great app to have if you want to get army fit or just fit in general but like many others before have said the GPS tracking is a bit dodgy I ran about 2.7km in 10 mins and it recorded down as me doing 1.1km which is far off. (This was for the steady jog for 10 mins session) But apart from that everything else Is great I went from doing a 2km in 20 minutes to just under 10 mins in 3/4 weeks even if you feel like your not improving trust me you are as I felt the same way at first."
